Responsibilities:
Oversee daily clinical operations, ensuring high-quality patient care. Establish a vision and strategic direction for the department. Lead policy development and implementation to improve department functions. Actively participate in clinical practice, mentoring, and staff development. Drive recruitment and retention of physicians and nurse practitioners. Collaborate on quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes. Develop and deliver practice-oriented educational programs. Qualifications:
MD or DO with an unrestricted PA medical license. Graduate from an ACGME-accredited Pediatric Residency and Pediatric Pulmonary Fellowship. Board Certified in Pediatrics. Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in an outpatient pediatric practice. At least 3 years of leadership experience, including program and change management. Benefits:
