Overview:
Join a leading healthcare institution as the Section Chief of Pediatric Pulmonary Medicine. Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily clinical operations, ensuring high-quality patient care.
• Establish a vision and strategic direction for the department.
• Lead policy development and implementation to improve department functions.
• Actively participate in clinical practice, mentoring, and staff development.
• Drive recruitment and retention of physicians and nurse practitioners.
• Collaborate on quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
• Develop and deliver practice-oriented educational programs.

Qualifications:

• MD or DO with an unrestricted PA medical license.
• Graduate from an ACGME-accredited Pediatric Residency and Pediatric Pulmonary Fellowship.
• Board Certified in Pediatrics.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in an outpatient pediatric practice.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience, including program and change management.
